VETTING.com recently exhibited at the IHR Candidate Experience Conference in London.
The event explored a multitude of different ways employers can improve their candidate experience, from strategising ways to find candidates that fit your company’s culture, to ensuring candidate expectations match reality, to streamlining the onboarding process and removing the stress out of background checking!
The IHR conference wasn’t your usual event. Industry leaders – including our CRO, Robin – got to host round tables through the day, initiating conversation and debate with people from all corners of the talent acquisition space!
This wasn’t just a good opportunity to grab some freebies - although we had some of those too! Our phone chargers were a big hit!
So what were we doing there?
We wanted to participate in this event because VETTING.com’s main focus is streamlining the background checking process and facilitating a positive experience for candidates.
