Customer Success Executive - NZ

As part of our exciting expansion, we are hiring a Customer Success Executive in New Zealand.

This role will ensure that customers have an excellent experience every step of the way, and successfully drive product adoption, customer retention and all up-sells and renewals.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage customer relationships and communications, provide technical support, and ensure clients get maximum value from the platform
  • Provide support to all users of our platform via email and phone when necessary
  • Onboard and train new clients
  • Measure, document and analyse customers' usage and adoption of product features
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upgrading/upselling services to existing customers to drive revenues and growth

About you:

  • Ideally have experience of renewing and growing a customer base

As part of our exciting Australian expansion, we are hiring an Account Executive in Melbourne.

About You

We're looking for a sales professional who is hungry, self-motivated, and passionate about growing our client base in Victoria.

You will also have:

  • B2B  sales (ideally technology/SaaS) or recruitment experience
  • Proactive in nature and a self-starter
  • A demonstrable track record of success evidenced by exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in managing sales cycles with  senior stakeholders
  • A consultative approach to building relationships
  • Ability to manage your workload autonomously
  • Motivated by high earnings

The Role

  • New business focused
  • Conducting demos of the platform to potential clients
  • Working closely with Customer Success to manage new clients
  • Exhibiting the brand at events
  • Collaboration with product, marketing and customer success
